Short version: your enquiry details help me reply, and optional AI conversations help the assistant answer you. Your data is not sold or added to a marketing list. The details are below.

Overview

This website is a personal portfolio operated by Vighnesh Khandal. I respect your privacy: the site collects the minimum information needed to respond to enquiries, and nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, business or brand name, the service you're interested in, an approximate budget range, and your project message. The site itself does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How your information is used

Contact submissions are used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if you choose, continuing the conversation about a potential project. Nothing else. Your message is never added to a marketing list, and I will never share it with third parties for their own use.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are saved in the site's private database and forwarded to the studio owner's email inbox using a managed transactional email service. These copies are used only to handle your enquiry. Visitors cannot read, edit or delete other submissions. Temporary, hashed request identifiers help limit automated spam; these rate-limit records expire automatically. You can ask for your enquiry data to be deleted.

AI conversations & local storage

If you use the optional studio AI assistant, your messages and a random conversation identifier are stored in the site's database to maintain context. Messages are processed by the AI service to generate replies. Your browser stores that identifier locally; session storage also remembers whether you have seen the entrance animation. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in chat. You can contact me to request deletion of your conversation data.

Third-party links

This site links to external platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord and WhatsApp. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply — I encourage you to read them.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to share what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me and I'll take care of it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
